And it goes a little somethin' like this. . .

I'm creating Brain's Addiction to be a place to talk politics. All politics, great and small. World, national, state, local---whatever. We might even mix in a little soccer and music every now and then. But, being a Generation Xer, I might not get that far.

Welcome, and enjoy. Please help me get my fix.

Welcome to the blogging world! How did you like Al Gore last night at the Oscars? I'm glad Inconvenient Truth won!

Although it was a foregone conclusion he'd win, I watched the entire ceremony to see him win and all of the Gore references I was sure would happen. The show didn't disappoint.

Gore should run for president. By the time fall rolls around, people will be tired of watching Hillary the Hunter try to shoot Obambi, while Edwards the lawyer waits by the road.

Oooh I don't think Gore should run! He's better at documentaries. He's a one trick pony.

Brainiac, I am totally down with this site. You will hear from me often!

First and foremost, you will probably most likely read about my disdane for these rank-and-file Republicans who are on these ruthless liberal witch-hunts in my office, my city, my state. they are everywhere; so much bark and little bite. Oh, you will be hearing from me, brutha. Thanks for getting this thinkg going... -Bob t.

Now that Gore has an Oscar, and may even win the Nobel Prize, it would be hard not to get behind this guy. However, my money is on Edwards/Obama. We need a changing of the guard. Gore, wheter he likes it or not, is associated with Monica, not carrying his home state, blowing the 2000 debate, and just a few bad memories. Edwards and Obama are the fresh start we need; the whole country needs.

That's just part of living in the South right now, Robstercraw. It sucks, but they outnumber us so much they assume we don't exist.

Every office has jacka$$es who assume that everybody there is a party of greed-ite. Meanwhile, we liberals silently seethe until one day we go Michael Douglas in Falling Down on them!
